There were only 12 hours, in between two 13 hour flights (I am sane, don't worry) that were spent in the wonderful and impressive city of Beijing and a short visit to the Great Wall. The sheer size of everything was astonishing. The colours so vibrant, the food (more food) absolutely delicious and the Great wall incredibly enchanting (we were the only ones on the Wall at that moment. It was so special).
