It had been an extremely long time since I drank coconut water (so long I even doubted if I ever had some....which of course I did at some point in my life, just too long ago to even remember......), so as a true Caribbean tourist, with the wind in my hair, the ocean in the background and the bright colours surrounding me, I enjoyed a bit of deliciously cold coconut water. (Ohhh and the man with the machete scared the living daily-lights out of me when he slammed the knife on the poor coconut).
