Cecconi's Restaurant

It is Sunday morning in Los Angeles, and it looks like we survived the L.A. Storm (there was even snow....in the mountains.....and wow, it was cold). Today the sun is shining, but the temperatures are still in the very low digits. 

Last night the chefs at Cecconi's prepared an amazing Kobe Beef Tartar for me, covered in truffles and parmesan. Absolutely spectacular.
